HR Generalist Opening

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on Training, who will also handle various aspects of HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our organization's human resources activities. Candidates with experience in automobile or apparel manufacturing will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute HR Training programs, including training needs analysis, curriculum development, and delivery of training sessions.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.
• Administer and track employee training records and compliance.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and general HR support.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR with a strong emphasis on Training (60-70% of job responsibilities).
• Experience in recruitment and general HR functions is a plus.
• Previous experience in automobile or apparel manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
