Matrix operates five production units in two states in India, with the latest unit in Ranchi dedicated to empowering and skilling women workers. The company has the capability to manufacture high fashion garments and provide special fabric qualities such as Supima cotton with features like anti-bacterial, anti-fade, and moisture-wicking properties.

Best of Technology : Matrix leverages cutting-edge technology to gain a competitive edge in the entire value chain. One such innovation is the Intelligent Material Handling System (INA), which automates garment movement, material handling operations, and reduces reliance on manual labor. By incorporating sensors, robotics, automation, and software, the IMHS ensures efficient and accurate movement of materials within our production lines. This advanced system minimizes the risk of errors and enhances overall operational efficiency.

E-flow Technology : Matrix utilizes E-flow Technology, which is based on nanobubbles that effectively transmit specialty chemicals into garments with zero discharge. This environmentally-friendly approach significantly reduces water and chemical usage in textile production while improving production efficiency. This unique technology enables the imparting of various performance finishes, including Stain, Crease, and UV Resistance, at the garment stage. By incorporating E-flow Technology, Matrix ensures high-quality garments while minimizing the environmental impact of the production process.

Washing Facility : Our robust in-house process breathes life into fabrics, ensuring their quality and performance. We offer a range of treatments and technologies, including Hi-White, Indigo wash, wrinkle resistance, advanced moisture-activated cooling technology, and superior UV protection. These innovations enhance the durability, aesthetics, and functionality of the fabrics we produce. With our commitment to excellence, we deliver garments that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Internal Lab testing facility We have an internal lab testing facility for garment testing, which includes color fastness, color matching, shrinkage, dry and wet crocking, and other quality assessments. These rigorous tests ensure that only the best quality fabrics are selected for the cutting and production areas. By maintaining strict quality control measures, we uphold our commitment to delivering garments of the highest standard to our customers.

Best in class Fabric & Trim Store : In our fabric store, we follow a FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system to ensure that the fabrics are stored and used in the order they are received, maintaining their integrity for a longer duration. We also adhere to the best quality parameters to preserve the fabric's quality. To ensure visibility and efficient inventory management, we employ a BIN Card system that automates the tracking of materials. This meticulous approach guarantees that only the best quality fabric is selected for cutting and production processes.
